Fascia Release & Therapy Balls
with
Véronique Jewell, RYT500, LMT, RN

Fascia Release and Therapy Balls:  In this workshop, Véronique will be using small therapy-specific rubber balls with body weight movements to work out stress and tight spots from your head to feet and everywhere in-between.  These simple and effective self-massage techniques will help to reduce pain, improve mobility and keep tension at bay.  You will find muscles you didn’t know you had, and relief you didn’t know you needed!

You will need to have your own set of therapy balls in order to join in and appreciate this workshop. They are only $14 and you can purchase them at the workshop with cash or check.  One of the benefits of getting your own set is that you will be able to bring them home to create a self-care maintenance routine for whole-body health and happiness.  If you already have a set of these specific balls to use, feel free to bring them!   Some of the time we will be using them in pairs so bring along the tote they came in.

For this workshop, yoga experience is not required - all are welcome.
